  • Return Policy

    At Shotgun Sports & Outdoors, we stand behind the products we sell and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, we offer in-store credit only for eligible returns under the following terms:

    Return Eligibility

    • Items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    • Merchandise must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

    In-Store Credit Only

    • No cash refunds or credit card refunds will be issued.
    • Approved returns will receive store credit only, which may be used toward future purchases.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom or special-order items.
    • Clearance or closeout merchandise.
    • Items that have been used, altered, installed, damaged, or are missing original packaging or components.

    Defective Merchandise

    If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 10 days of purchase. Defective products may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. We will gladly assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer when applicable.

    Shipping Charges

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
